Marcus Griffiths - Greene

Marcus Griffiths graduated from Guildhall School of Music & Drama in 2011.  Marcus was part of Greg Doran's 2012 production of Julius Caesar that was set in Africa with an all black cast.  The play opened in Stratford and then toured including a highly received run at the Brooklyn Academy of Music. The production was also filmed by Illuminations and aired on the BBC.

Marcus has also been on stage at The Globe in Much Ado About Nothing and he can be seen in an episode of Skins.

In Richard II he will be playing Greene one of Richard's servants.

"Alas, poor duke! the task he undertakes
Is numbering sands and drinking oceans dry:
Where one on his side fights, thousands will fly.
Farewell at once, for once, for all, and ever."
